Canon EOS 5D Mark II full HD video now in Manual mode

There is a big news on the net at this moment following Canon’s announcement regarding the awesome Canon 5D Mark II: Manual exposure for full HD.

This functionality has been a big disappointment for almost all Canon shooters when the 5D Mark II was release.

The new trend is now Fusion Photography where photographers started offering (short) high definition video for brides and grooms’ slide shows.

I started using this awesome feature (Full HD video recording) myself and found that the control of the capture is somehow limited.

That is why Canon’s recent announcement is like rain in the desert.

Thank you Canon. This proves that you do LISTEN to your customers. I can’t wait for the new firmware.

Autumn leaves

It is a beautiful season now in Canberra where trees are losing their leaves and the landscape is showing off some amazing colours.
Between two assignment, I stopped by the parliamentary square for a break and couldn’t resist to snap a few images.
Beautiful colours and a very peaceful quietness in the middle of a week day afternoon.
