I’ve been scouting some locations for an upcoming wedding in Wollongong, as I usually do for all my weddings, and came across this beach where there was a group of young people playing football on the sand.
It was an overcast day and the storm was not far away, lucky and fortunate, not for the swimmers and the sight seeing though, the clouds and the smoke from the far away factory added some drama to the images.
I used the Canon 5D Mark II with the 24-205 f4 IS L USM lens for these images. I wanted to use the 16-35 f2,8 L II but it would have been too wide and details would have been lost.
I can already see my bride and groom in these scenery. Stay tuned as the wedding is not far away.
