You may have noticed that I use to drag my models out to the cold for shooting, at least last winter, it’s not to be mean to models, and they know that I love ’em :), but it’s more about creativity …
I just try to be a bit different from the crowd a bit. I’d say that for outdoor shoot is more demanding, technically, for lighting and you really need a lot of juice, if you want more than what the available light on location gives you of course.
Well, now that winter is about to go away, I will definitely get back to the studio for more fun shoots.
In or out, I like to control my lighting and most of the time, for outdoor shoots, I tend to “erase” the ambient with my flashes.
Anyway, here are a few “indoor” shoot with some gorgeous and really talented models.
I shot these with some Carl Zeiss lenses fitted on my Canons with special adapters. I’d say that the contrast from these lenses are really incredible.
I had some of my L series lenses for the shoot but mainly used the Zeiss ones. They are so yummy> Also note that these guys are all manual, from focusing to aperture setting, but again, in studio situations, things tend to be a bit “easier”.
