ADCSee The DAM

I have been a PC user for quite a long time and have tried a massive amount of software out there to manage, archive, watermark, edit, manipulate my photos. I event make my slideshows using ACDSee.
Almost all the major photo editing software out there have their PC and Mac version, except for one: ACDSee.
I discovered ACDSee using the free version and could not use anything else. ACDSee is light weight and fast to load. It manages your digital photos very easily and the interface is friendly.

I since the upgraded to the Pro version and it was by far my best purchase on the Net.

Notice that while advanced photo editing software as LR, CS family or Aperture … are very powerful for photo editing, ADCSee is very capable of “standard” jobs.

ACDSe also come with a very powerful set of photo editing tools as well.

I can watermark, resize or rotate a whole folder with thousands of photos in one go. I was very surprised that ACDSee can open new digital raw format from new d-DLR while other advanced software need updates and upgrades.

The beauty is that it doesn’t require a lot of computer power so you can still do something else while ACDSee does its stuffs.

When I switched to Mac two years ago, the only thing that make me look back sometimes was the lack of ACDSee Mac version.

Guess what ? ADCSee just released the Mac version of their primary photo editing and digital asset management (DAM) software. It is now available for both platforms PC and Mac and I can’t be any happier.
